In the first quarter of 2018, Georgian wine exports increased by 24%.

According to the National Wine Agency, in January-March 2018,17,7mil. bottles (0,75l) of wine have been exported to 43 countriesworldwide, that is 24% higher than the similar data of the last year.Totally,40,47mil.USD worth of wine have beenexported, that is 26% higher than the data of the previous year.
根據格魯吉亞國家葡萄酒機構數據顯示，2018年第一季度，共有1.77億瓶（750ml）葡萄酒出口到全球43個國家，比去年同期增長了24%。出口額共計40.47億美元，比上一年的數據高出26%。
Export growth is remarkable in the following countries:Belarus - 429%(233220), Japan 230% (53160),UK - 98% (37740), France -71% (24248), Kazakhstan-85% (877494),Czech–68%(18888),Latvia-61%(412626),Netherlands-46%(21993),Germany-38%(136222),Ukraine–36%(1771928),Poland-32% (740922), Estonia –28% (120246),Russia -28%(11511830), Israel- 24% (52722), USA - 3% (68620) and etc.

In the period under review, 134 companies have exported various amount of wine.

In addition, 3,5mil bottles (0,5 liters) of brandy and 43,8 thousand bottles of ?Chacha? have been exported in January-March.

Totally, wine, bandy, “Chacha”, wine material and brandy alcohol income amounted 64,8 mil. USD – growth incomparison with the similar data of the previous year amounted 10%.
