Georgian wine was presented at the annual festival "Salon Bacchus" in Toulon, France. Wine companies from different countries of the world participated in the festival.
2019年3月25日,格魯吉亞葡萄酒參加法國土倫市舉行的葡萄酒年度展會“巴克斯沙龍”。世界范圍內不同國家的葡萄酒公司參加了這一盛會。
Various wines of Georgian producers were represented at "Salon Bacchus" by the LE PONT CAUCASIEN, contractor company of LEPL National Wine Agency of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia. About 11 Georgian wine producing companies were represented at the festival.
本次展會由格魯尼亞環境保護和農業部國家葡萄酒局的合作伙伴LE PONT CAUCASIEN公司承辦,共有11款格魯尼亞葡萄酒產品參展。
"As always, the Georgian Wine Stand was crowded for 3 days. The total number of visitors has exceeded 30 thousand. I think we are have the right course and it is important to participate in this type of festivals. This way, we will bring the Georgian wine directly to the consumer and increase it’s awareness, that is very important. As a result, wine professionals, restaurants, wine shops and wine bars will be more interested in our wine "- said Ilia Kakhoidze, director of" LE PONT CAUCASIEN ".

Demand on Georgian wine, especially the Qvevri wine is increasing in France. In 2018, Georgia exported 113 thousand bottles of wine in France, which is 7% more than the data of 2017. According to the data of 2 months of the current year, more than 17 thousand bottles were exported, which is 24% higher than last year's data.
數據表明,法國消費者對格魯吉亞葡萄酒,特別是陶罐葡萄酒的需求正在逐年增加。2018年,格魯吉亞對法國出口了11.3萬瓶葡萄酒,與2017年相比同期增長7%。據今年前兩個月的數據,格魯吉亞已對法國出口了1.7萬瓶葡萄酒,比去年同期增長24%。
