"London Wine Fair 2019" is held at London Exhibition Center "Olympia London" with 15 Georgian winemakers participating with the support of National Wine Agency.

The exhibition was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland Tamar Beruchashvili attended.

During the exhibition, head of the National Wine Agency contractor company "Swirl Wine Group", British master of wine Sarah Abbott will deliver three presentation-tastings of Georgian wine: Qvevri wine, Saperavi and modern wines.
展會期間，格魯吉亞國家葡萄酒局合作伙伴“Swirl Wine Group”公司的負責人、英國葡萄酒大師Sarah Abbott主持了三種葡萄酒的品鑒：陶罐葡萄酒、薩貝拉維葡萄酒和現代葡萄酒。
According to Tamar Khanishvili, chief specialist of the Marketing and PR Department of the National Wine Agency, the interest towards Georgian wine was quite high at the exhibition.

"This exhibition is one of the most important in the UK, which attracts a lot of wine professionals. The exhibition is attended by wine experts, wine trade and media representatives from different countries of the world. Participation in the exhibition is the best chance for Georgian wine producers to present their products to European consumers, which helps to increase Georgian wine exports "- said Tamar Khanishvili.

According to her, UK is one of the priority markets for Georgian wines where the National Wine Agency carries out various marketing activities during the year.

London Wine Fair is held since 1981 and is considered as one of the main events of the year in wine industry. Exhibition, which is held on May 20-22 this year, has represented 14 000 different wines from 35 countries.
倫敦葡萄酒博覽會自1981年開始舉辦，被認為是葡萄酒行業年度最重要的活動之一。從5月20日至22日，共有來自35個國家的1.4萬種葡萄酒參展。
